class=\"\">\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6297\u9ad4\u5c0d\u65bcSLE\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7279\u7570\u6027\uff0c\u7d04\u670950%\u81f370%\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d50\u679c\u70ba\u967d\u6027\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5728\u6d3b\u52d5\u6027\u6216\u672a\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u4e2d\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/www.southtees.nhs.uk\/services\/pathology\/tests\/dna-antibody-anti-double-stranded-dna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1046\/j.1365-3083.2001.00959.x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> , 2<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u9019\u4e9b\u6297\u9ad4\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u81ea\u9ad4\u514d\u75ab\u75be\u75c5\u4e2d\u5f88\u5c11\u898b\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u70ba\u7f8e\u570b\u98a8\u6fd5\u75c5\u5b78\u6703\u7b49\u7d44\u7e54\u5728SLE\u5206\u985e\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6a19\u6e96\u3002<a id=\"%E7%96%BE%E7%97%85%E6%B4%BB%E5%8B%95%E7%9B%A3%E6%B8%AC\"><\/span><strong>\u75be\u75c5\u6d3b\u52d5\u76e3\u6e2c<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u901a\u5e38\u8207SLE\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u6d3b\u52d5\u5ea6\u76f8\u95dc\u3002\u6297\u9ad4\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u4e0a\u5347\u53ef\u80fd\u9810\u793a\u8457\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u767c\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u6d89\u53ca\u72fc\u7621\u814e\u708e\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E8%88%87%E7%8B%BC%E7%98%A1%E6%80%A7%E8%85%8E%E7%82%8E%E7%9A%84%E9%97%9C%E8%81%AF\"><\/span><strong>\u8207\u72fc\u7621\u6027\u814e\u708e\u7684\u95dc\u806f<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u9ad8\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u6297\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNAsDNA\u6297\u9ad4\u901a\u5e38\u8207\u72fc\u7621\u814e\u708e\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u7279\u5fb5\u70ba\u814e\u81df\u767c\u708e\u548c\u640d\u50b7\u3002\u6d3b\u52d5\u6027\u814e\u708e\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u4f4e\u88dc\u9ad4\u6fc3\u5ea6\u548c\u5347\u9ad8\u7684\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6ef4\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E6%AA%A2%E6%B8%AC%E6%96%B9%E6%B3%95\"><\/span><strong>\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>\u9175\u7d20\u514d\u75ab\u5206\u6790\u6cd5\uff08ELISA\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u9748\u654f\u4e14\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6297\u9ad4\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>\u9593\u63a5\u514d\u75ab\u87a2\u5149\u6cd5\uff08IIFA\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8207\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u967d\u6027\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5982\u5747\u8cea\u6216\u908a\u7de3\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>\u87a2\u5149\u9175\u7d20\u514d\u75ab\u5206\u6790\u6cd5\uff08FEIA\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u4f7f\u7528\u91cd\u7d44\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u7279\u7570\u6027\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E5%B1%80%E9%99%90%E6%80%A7\"><\/span><strong>\u5c40\u9650\u6027<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u4e26\u975e\u6240\u6709SLE\u60a3\u8005\u90fd\u6703\u7522\u751f\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6297\u9ad4\uff1b\u7d04\u670940%\u81f360%\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4e2d\u5448\u9670\u6027\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6297\u9ad4\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7570\u8cea\u7fa4\uff0c\u5176\u4e9e\u578b\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u610f\u7fa9\u4e0a\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cIgG\u4e9e\u578b\u8207\u6d3b\u52d5\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u72fc\u7621\u814e\u708e\u7684\u95dc\u806f\u6bd4IgA\u6216IgM\u4e9e\u578b\u66f4\u5f37\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%B5%90%E8%AB%96\"><\/span><strong>\u7d50\u8ad6<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6297\u9ad4\u662f\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u7d05\u6591\u72fc\u7621\uff08SLE\uff09\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6aa2\u67e5\u9805\u76ee\uff0c \u4e5f\u6703\u53c3\u8003\u60a8\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6aa2\u67e5\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u624d\u80fd\u66f4\u6e96\u78ba\u5730\u8b93\u91ab\u5e2b\u53ca\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u5224\u65b7\u75c5\u60c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p , 2. \u9019\u4e9b\u6297\u9ad4\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u81ea\u9ad4\u514d\u75ab\u75be\u75c5\u4e2d\u5f88\u5c11\u898b\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u70ba\u7f8e\u570b\u98a8\u6fd5\u75c5\u5b78\u6703\u7b49\u7d44\u7e54\u5728SLE\u5206\u985e\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6a19\u6e96\u30022,4 \u75be\u75c5\u6d3b\u52d5\u76e3\u6e2c \u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u901a\u5e38\u8207SLE\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u6d3b\u52d5\u5ea6\u76f8\u95dc\u3002\u6297\u9ad4\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u4e0a\u5347\u53ef\u80fd\u9810\u793a\u8457\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u767c\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u6d89\u53ca\u72fc\u7621\u814e\u708e\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u3002 \u8207\u72fc\u7621\u6027\u814e\u708e\u7684\u95dc\u806f \u9ad8\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u6297\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNAsDNA\u6297\u9ad4\u901a\u5e38\u8207\u72fc\u7621\u814e\u708e\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u7279\u5fb5\u70ba\u814e\u81df\u767c\u708e\u548c\u640d\u50b7\u3002\u6d3b\u52d5\u6027\u814e\u708e\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u4f4e\u88dc\u9ad4\u6fc3\u5ea6\u548c\u5347\u9ad8\u7684\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6ef4\u5ea6\u3002 \u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5 \u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5\u5305\u62ec\uff1a \u5c40\u9650\u6027 \u4e26\u975e\u6240\u6709SLE\u60a3\u8005\u90fd\u6703\u7522\u751f\u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6297\u9ad4\uff1b\u7d04\u670940%\u81f360%\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4e2d\u5448\u9670\u6027\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6297\u9ad4\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7570\u8cea\u7fa4\uff0c\u5176\u4e9e\u578b\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u610f\u7fa9\u4e0a\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cIgG\u4e9e\u578b\u8207\u6d3b\u52d5\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u72fc\u7621\u814e\u708e\u7684\u95dc\u806f\u6bd4IgA\u6216IgM\u4e9e\u578b\u66f4\u5f37\u3002 \u7d50\u8ad6 \u6297\u96d9\u80a1DNA\u6297\u9ad4\u662f\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u7d05\u6591\u72fc\u7621\uff08SLE\uff09\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6aa2\u67e5\u9805\u76ee\uff0c
